1-Stop agent
emctl stop agent
2-Delete all files in $AGENT_HOME/sysman/emd/upload
3-Clear agent
emctl clearstate agent
4-Secure the agent
emctl secure agent (inform agent password)
5-Start agent
emctl start agent
This works for me!
